Important customer information

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but instead a non-binding online catalogue. Once you have entered your personal details and clicked on the "Send order" button in the final step of the ordering process, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of the order immediately follows the submission of the order. The contract of purchase comes into being with our order confirmation or once the goods are delivered. Insight into the wording of the contract: The wording of the contract is saved. You can see the general terms of the contract at any time under ‘My Account’. Orders from abroad? For customers abroad (meaning outside Germany), any transaction fees (for prepayment) and customs duties or taxes are borne by the individual placing the order. German customs processing fees are already covered by our shipping costs. For orders from outside the EU, we deduct the current amount of German VAT from the value of goods after you have registered with the shop. Types of payment? Prepayment: We will send you our account details separately with our order confirmation. PayPal: If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will automatically be connected with the PayPal web page once the order is complete. Not all payment options are available all the time. This depends on the total order amount, the type of goods and whether you are a new customer or you have already placed an order. Once we receive your order we will check through it! If we are unable to accept the desired form of payment, for whatever reason, we will inform you of this without delay. Unfortunately, due to sometimes poor payment practices, we are forced to take this step. Managing Director: Dierk Marchel. Authorised officer: Helmut Sienkamp.

Cancellation guidance

Right to cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing justification. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took the goods into your/their possession.

In order to exercise your right to cancellation, you must inform us (Accessory Xperts, Heinz Marchel GmbH & Co. KG, Ringstraße 3, 49134 Wallenhorst, Germany; tel. +49 (0)5407/8989-0; fax.: +49 (0)5407/8989-79, email: info @axperts.de) with a clear explanation (e.g. by letter sent by post, fax or email) regarding your decision to cancel this contract. To do this you can use the sample cancellation form attached, but this is not mandatory.

Sending the message regarding your exercising of the right to cancellation prior to the expiry of the cancellation period will suffice in complying with the time limit set.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we have to return to you all payments that we have received from you, including for delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from your choosing an alternative method of delivery than the cheap, standard delivery offered by us), immediately and within fourteen days from the day the notification regarding your cancellation of the contract was received by us at the latest. We will use the same method of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you incur charges for this refund. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back from you or until you have produced evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever of the two comes first.

You have to return or hand over the goods to us immediately or within fourteen days from the day you informed us of the cancellation of this contract at the latest. The notice period is considered complied with if you dispatch the goods prior to the period of fourteen days expiring. You are to cover the direct costs for returning the goods.

You must only compensate for potential loss of value of the goods if this loss of value can be attributed to unnecessary handling by you for the purpose of inspecting the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
